The "Start My Business Package" is for those in the idea phase, looking for the next steps to decide what to do or how to begin their business. We will first meet for a 30-minute session to describe your business and let us know where you are in the process (any current processes, software, or basically updating us on where you are in the process). From there, we will schedule two 3-hour sessions to help build your business plan, marketing plan, hiring plan, set up systems, software, and automations, and get you on a good foot moving forward.  

The Save My Business Package is designed for business owners facing critical challenges. While we can’t guarantee immediate success, our goal is to help you identify key issues and implement solutions that set you on the right path.
‍What’s Included:
Week 1 – Deep Dive (2 hours/day for 5 days) We’ll work closely with you to assess and troubleshoot your most pressing business problems—whether related to hiring, marketing, operations, or other areas. Each day, we’ll spend two hours focused on identifying root causes, refining strategies, and implementing actionable improvements.
‍Week 2 – Follow-Up (Two 2-hour sessions, scheduled one month later) One month after our initial sessions, we’ll reconnect to evaluate your progress. We’ll assess what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and ensure you’re equipped with the tools and clarity needed to move forward confidently.
